About Us

Our Vision & Mission

Love God

  • We desire everyone to realize their potential for intimacy with the Father, first by recognising that Jesus has opened the way to the Father.
  • Jesus has given us access (Rom.5:1,2) by restoring peace between mankind and God, In fact no-one comes to the Father except by Him (John 14:26).
  • By accepting and believing that Jesus Christ is Lord and Saviour we can go into the presence of the Father (Matt.27:50,51 & Heb.6:19) and begin to know the Father more intimately.
  • Jesus introduces the Father to us and tells us to pray to the Father in His name (Matt.6:7-15, John 1:18; 16:23,24).
  • The Holy Spirit encourages us to call Him “Abba Father” (daddy) Rom.8:15), the words of a child who totally depends on his father.
  • We demonstrate our love for Him through obeying His commands (John 14:15).
  • We demonstrate our spiritual maturity by allowing the Holy Spirit to lead us – Rom.8:14 “For as many as are led (lit. continually) by the Spirit of God, these are sons (lit. mature sons) of God.”
  • We honour Him above all by keeping Him as the centre and priority of our life as a congregation.
  • Through the worship ministry we desire to facilitate a biblical, passionate, enthusiastic and intimate corporate worship expression in the congregation as a central part of the life of this church.
  • It is our passion to know the place of intimacy with the Father and to remove the hindrances along the path for others to easily follow.

Love People

  • We purpose to provide a place of acceptance and fellowship for every believer, regardless of social standing or culture, within our God-given grace and abilities.
  • We believe God has not called us to favour one above the other, that each be afforded the same opportunities and be welcomed in our midst as he or she attempts to sincerely love God and fellowship with us in unity with this vision statement.
  • We believe it is important that every believer be part of a smaller more intimate fellowship group (presently called Community Groups) as the environment where relationship and accountability can be realised.
  • We purpose to tirelessly labour through evangelism in order to reconcile the unsaved with the Heavenly Father, through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, every man and woman that God brings across our path.
  • We purpose to provide the necessary discipleship training and equipping to assist every believer to become established in their personal faith in Christ. We purpose to see every believer set free from sin and his past, baptized in the name of Jesus, filled with the Holy Spirit, released in God’s gifts and growing into a mature and effective servant of God.
  • We believe in the priesthood of all believers, and purpose to allow the Holy Spirit to help us in recognizing those He is calling and to whom ministry responsibilities (diakonia – Acts 1:25) can be released so that even more people can be effectively helped & served along their journey of complete restoration in relationship with the Heavenly Father through Jesus Christ.

Impact the World

  • We purpose to believe God that the results of our labours would be the salvation (Biblical Greek: Sozo = salvation, healing & deliverance) of every believer in spirit, soul and body, bringing healing and restoration relationally & even economically.
  • We purpose to ensure that we remain Holy Spirit led by taking time regularly to draw aside and seek His guidance in prayer as a lifestyle.
  • We purpose to recognise the God-given gifts bestowed on a believer’s life and assist where possible in their development through equipping, releasing and sending the believer in obedience to God’s call.
  • We purpose to hold the ground we have won and advance on new territory, enlarging the borders of God’s reign until He comes.
  • We believe that every local church should be in relationship and partnership with apostolic and prophetic gifting so as to keep the bigger picture.
  • We cannot disciple all nations alone, but we can as we partner with others.
